1. Definitions and applicability

Booking Tools for Techs is online booking and scheduling software supplied digitally to business customers only. These terms apply to the use of the software, trial access, paid subscription plans, support, and related services.

No consumer withdrawal right applies because the service is offered only to business customers.

2. Account registration and authorized users

A customer organization is responsible for the accuracy of account information, the actions of authorized users, role assignments, and lawful use of the booking/customer data entered into the platform.

3. Trial period and subscription plans

A trial may be available for selected plans. Trial access and plan entitlements are defined by the configured subscription plan. Paid access starts after successful payment.

Plan prices, limits, public visibility, trial duration, monthly prices, annual prices, currency, and billing intervals are shown on the pricing page when configured for public sale.

4. Prices, VAT, and payment through Mollie

All amounts are in euros. Prices exclude VAT. business customers only.

5. Monthly and annual billing

Monthly subscriptions renew monthly. Annual subscriptions renew annually. automatic renewal

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

6. Failed payment and restriction

Failed payment may result in a grace period, payment reminders, and later suspension or restriction of protected changes. Existing customer data is not immediately deleted solely because a payment fails.

Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable.

7. Service availability, maintenance, and support

The provider aims to operate the service professionally and may perform planned maintenance. No uptime percentage, recovery time, or unlimited backup promise is made unless a separate written service level agreement says so.

8. Acceptable use and customer responsibilities

Customers must use the service lawfully, keep access credentials secure, avoid misuse, and ensure that booking/customer data entered into the service may lawfully be processed.

9. Intellectual property, confidentiality, and data processing

The provider retains intellectual property rights in the software. Each party must protect confidential information. Data processing is governed by the privacy statement and the data processing agreement where the provider acts as processor.

10. Security and backups

The provider applies reasonable technical and organizational measures. Backup and recovery processes are operational safeguards, not a guarantee that every version or deleted item can always be restored.

11. Liability and force majeure

Liability limitations require legal review and must be configured or agreed separately before production approval. Neither party is liable for failure caused by force majeure to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Termination, export, and deletion

After termination, the customer should export required data within the configured export period. Data is retained for 30 days after termination.

13. Amendments, governing law, and court

The provider may amend these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Governing law: the Netherlands. The competent court must be confirmed during legal review.
